As former Director of Sales (EMEA) for Mackie for over twenty years, Tony has gained a deep understanding of the marketplace both in MI and Pro Audio. This included establishing an EMEA distributor network, as well as directing sales to the largest retailers in the region. Before this role, Tony was President of Mackie France, Geschäftsführer Mackie Germany, and MD of Mackie UK. His other roles have included export sales experience with Ampeg, RCF, Martin Audio, and EAW. In the mid-1980s, Tony was a founding director of UK distributor Sound Technology PLC. He sold his shareholding in 1992 and went on to establish Key Audio, which became the largest distributor for Mackie in Europe.
Tony speaks French fluently and graduated at University with a BA Honours degree in Economics. As a qualified pilot, he owned a 1941 WW2 Harvard aircraft.
With his brother Nick, they had two UK Dance Chart Hits in 2021 with Lushmix. As a bass player, Tony was also a member of a Who tribute band, and co-wrote the published thriller novel Bellum Sanctum with his brother, Nick.

Live & Install Sound Reinforcement, Musical Instrument, Recording and Content Creation segments) and a proven track record of developing sales in EMEA and North America.
Consistently delivering sales targets by establishing a broad customer network, developing sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share, managing successful sales teams, and continuously identifying new markets and sales channels to drive business expansion.

Nick's sales career spans 40 years in the industry, from working with UK distributors and dealers, running his own dealership in the 1990s specialising in DAWs, to successfully representing some of the world’s leading professional audio manufacturers across more than 20 years and 4 continents, including Harman Pro, Riedel Communications
Nick's sales career spans 40 years in the industry, from working with UK distributors and dealers, running his own dealership in the 1990s specialising in DAWs, to successfully representing some of the world’s leading professional audio manufacturers across more than 20 years and 4 continents, including Harman Pro, Riedel Communications, Tascam, Tannoy, Midas, LabGruppen, and Turbosound. Most recently, as Director of Global Sales for Wharfedale Pro/IAG.
With extensive product and market knowledge across all verticals, including live, installed, and broadcast sound, and a worldwide network of contacts, Nick has a thorough understanding of the sales channel and the focus required to deliver strong results.
As a songwriter and producer under the artist name Lushmix, Nick and his brother Tony have several singles on the major music platforms, with airplays on the BBC, Sky TV, and independent radio stations. Nick and Tony are also published authors with their international thriller, Bellum Sanctum.
